Almost a Week of NSVs

1 - I've had six packages of oreos in my car since Sunday (I bought them for my weekly RPG game this Saturday) and I've not gone near them/wanted to dig in.

2 - While I did have some of my husband's pizza rolls last night I didn't get anywhere near going over my calories for the day.

3 - I've stuck with nutrisystem four days so far and I've not been that hungry really.

This one is SV, kinda.
I weighed this morning and I'm at 299.4. I want to celebrate, but I know it's mostly water weight that has come off so far. I can't have lost 7lbs since Sunday.

great use of will power…Were I you? I'd have to get that junk out of my world .. i don't know how you are not tempted. one moment of extreme hunger would derail me bigtime with that stuff around. Pizza rolls! omgsh.

I was kinda shocked myself. I considered putting the cookies in my husband's car to save for game but laziness won out.

As for the pizza rolls I took and logged one then asked my hubby to keep them out of my reach. When he was finished he asked if I wanted anymore and after checking my calories I saw they were totally in budget.

Way to go!!!! And the great thing about mfp is that you don't have to totally avoid the things you enjoy for it to work, either (also now I want pizza rolls!)

It is an accomplishment to resist the sweet temptations. But I would also start to think on how to incorporate real food that YOU prepare into your plans for the future. Nutri system is a start but not a viable "long term lifelong" option. Way to go on staying within your caps though.
