Hey my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle I'm finding it hard to know the right things to eat seeing what other people are eating in the same goal would be helpfull could you add me or leave a comment if you don't mind me following your diary. Thankyou.

    To lose fat whilst gaining muscle is commonly referred to here as 'recomping' - I'm currently going through the very same process. Eat at maintenance (or even slightly above) and make sure you have a good strength training plan in place. I try and make sure I am eating a decent amount of protein each day - but generally, I don't really focus too much on my macro's. Recomping is a slow process so hang in there :)
