In need of encouragement!

Hello!
I am 26 and started my weight loss journey about a year and a half ago. Since then I have lost about 30 pounds, taken up running and have ran several 5k's, 10k's and 1 half marathon. I am currently training for my first triathlon in August and another half marathon in October. While I am in good shape, I am having trouble losing the last of my weight. I would like to lost 10 more pounds. I have recently upped my protein, which I think is helping me build muscle but is not changing the scale. Anyone who can offer advice, support, and motivation, please add me! Thanks!!
