Losing

I went to my Gyno this morning for regular checkup and by his scales I have lost a total of 22 pounds since February 9th. I am so excited and more encouraged to keep going. I was feeling a little depressed because the weight wasn't coming off fast enough, but as he explained to me, it's better to lose like I am then to lose it all at once and gain it back. BEYOND EXCITED!!!!::bigsmile:

Slow is the way to go. Congratulations and keep it up. I am 30 pounds lighter than I was 18 months ago it was not fast but it still counts.0
