I am new to this app. I found out about it in stress management. I am wanting to cut down on food, and choose different types of food. I also am looking for motivation to workout. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. My weight is a huge concern to me. 190lbs and 100% selfhate.

Don't do the self-hate thing, please! Your weight isn't something to hate, and losing weight isn't going to make you suddenly love yourself. You are an amazing lady - recognize that and do something kind to yourself by getting healthier. :flowerforyou:0
