Single mom getting back on the rails

Hi,
I worked out with a personal trainer from October, 2014-May, 2015. I got in great shape but almost went bankrupt. I now find myself struggling to get back into a workout routine and eating plan that is doable. Like most people, I am stressed between working and taking care of family. However, I feel my emotional well being is contingent getting regular exercise. It just isn't happening right now and I am hoping to find some ways to keep myself accountable here.

I'm a single mom. The gym has helped me get back on track. While I'm not there yet I'm body building and sprinting. I don't know how old your child(ren) is/ are but if you can take them to a nearby park or football field with a track while you run or sprint that would help a lot and also teach them how to be healthy. Don't buy juice at home they need to eat and drink what you do except for the protein drinks and pre workouts. Make this a family thing. There's a lot you can do. Excercising helps a lot with balancing your emotions....I know and understand. Push, challenge yourself.....get the vitamins, workout gloves, running shoes, and workout clothes ready! Drink pre workout....as single moms we
are always tired and running. It will get better! I don't know your goal but I use Denise Rodrigues and Lita Lewis as my measuring tool to get to my goal! So work hard or go home

Thanks! I really appreciate the encouragement and tips! My child is 11.5. He has high functioning autism and convincing him to go with me to workout can be challenging. I really need to make myself get up in the morning before he does to get my workout in. That way it is out of the way and I am in a better mood!
