After being 14 stone 2 pounds 2 years ago I decided enough was enough!!!
I changed my eating and started going to the gym. The weight came off but as of August 2015 my weight loss halted.

I'm currently 12 stone 5 and fluctuate down to 11 stone 11 and back up and down.
It's frustrating because I know I'm not 100% dedicated and I never have been.
I eat healthy for 5 whole days then think the world owes me a curry, as I've done so well.

That's not the case but I understand you should have treats from time to time.

However, I have an addictive personality which means one treat leads to a whole month off the wagon. When I let it slip, I end up in a viscous circle.

I know what I want and I intend to go for it. Hopefully I can meet some people who are in the same boat.

Had my birthday yesterday and I feel like a whale.

But here goes...
