I'm back using the app! It looks better than ever! I can deal with counting calories, but my biggest problem is what to eat daily. I find myself eating the same old stuff over and over......
Any ideas for breakfast?...lunches....dinners?! Lol. Anything will help, thanks!

  • Welcome back!! I tend to go back to the same old, same old as well, so every now and then i try and switch it up. Alot also depends on the time of year. In the summers i love smoothies in the morning, and i just pick a different one each day. I love hot cereal and a mashed banana at this time of year, it warms the belly. Egg/bacon/cheese/on an english muffin, cold cereal with milk , yogurt and granola with fresh fruit, are all things i love for breakfast. I tend to make a different salad every day for lunch. Adding different vegetables and proteins to mix it up. Suppers, i make a lot of pot roasts, barbequed meats, and i use my slow cooker a lot at this time of year, you can make a lot of yummy meals in that with very little effort. I usually just go on line pick a recipe that looks good and nutritious and make it, if its good, i keep the print out and if not, i move on. Good luck!

Search up pearl barley and rocket risotto with pumpkin. It's on taste.com.au. Sounds awfully "healthy", but all my flatmates say it tastes amazing, and I gotta agree. Very filling and low in calories. Happy nomming!
