Minor unhealthy relationship with food

Anyone out there with a minor eating disorder or otherwise unhealthy relationship with food, I'm looking for some help. I'm 5'1.5", 115lbs (with an ideal weight of 110), and im working on improving my relationship with food and my own body. I used to restrict way too much, then I realized how unhealthy it was, and now I'm trying to slowly increase calories. However I do still have a goal of losing about 5lbs. Additionally, i tend to struggle on Wednesdays and Thursday's or on the weekends as I lose a lot of self control (not binge eating, but definitely far more than a healthy amount, especially if wanting to lose weight). Can anyone give me advice, tips, motivation?
