Yep, I expect to put on a few pounds over the holidays but I'll keep up the cardio and weights, and it'll come back off after the New Year.0

Halloween isn't a problem; too sugary. Thanksgiving-New Year I'll take maintenance as one face of success. It's the mashed potatoes & pinots!0
