Hi my name is Dawn and I am 45 years old and was just recently diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroid disease and iam pre diabetic so I need to lose about 70lbs. I'm a mom to four kids ages 16, 14,12, and 9. I have lost 20lbs just about in the last 6 weeks and I totally know I can do this!!
