This link has probably been shared a bazillion times before, but I like to see it and remind myself about the calories in the mini candy before I eat 47 without thinking... LOL

    Meh, I work them into my calorie goal so I don't have to do extra working out on top of what I already do.

    Good to keep in mind though if I were to start heading into binge territory.

    I only need to bear in mind most of those yummy gummies contain gelatine - an ingredient extracted from (what I personally consider to be gruesome) animal body parts like skin, bone and connective tissues - yuk - would only buy/eat veggie gummies myself. Fine if you're not bothered about that though ... only adds to the Halloween 'fun', I imagine.

    Perfect! I can do a 70 minute run tomorrow and have 10 of these. :smile:
