    I just met my goal of 40 lbs! I have a new goal of 25-30 lbs.
    Start: 205
    Current: 160
    New goal: 130-135

    You CAN do it just keep it up!

    I have a pretty similar goal: starting at 205 lbs and I want to get down to 165 lbs. Ive just recently returned to using MFP for fitness tracking.

    Same here I'm 5'4 and need to loose about 40 lbs to be considered healthy. Starting weight was 185, I'm now 175. Looking for people that will help motivate me also.
