I have a goal to lose around 35-40 lbs in 17 weeks. It's 2-2.25 lbs/week, which seems reasonable. We are celebrating our 10 yr. anniversary in Mexico and I need to get into fighting shape. As of now, I'm sitting at 245 and needing change, but not sure the best way to go about it. Last time I tried to lose weight I went from 260-230, but got stuck at 230. I was staying within my calorie limits and had recently added weight training, but after 2 weeks of not being able to show results - I stopped. I had my macros at 40% carbs, 20% fats, 40% protein. I was doing 3 days of running and 2 days of lifting. I've just started getting back to the gym and running and not looking to hit that same road block. Any advice would be great, thanks.

    1. Open your diary
    2. Buy a food scale (they're pretty cheap)
    3. Enjoy the process
    4. Don't beat yourself up if you screw up
    5. Take before photos
    6. Purge your closet and drawers of clothes that don't fit
    7. Put yourself first
    8. Love yourself always
