Juggling School, Toddler, Work and Trying to be Healthy

Has anybody figured out how to juggle school, a toddler, work and eating healthy/working out. If you have I need your secret. I have a three year old and I go to school full time and I work a few hours a week at the college. I also have a military spouse who can't always help me out. I feel like between homework, housework, studying and taking care of my daughter, where is the time for eating right and exercising?!
