Slow Progress

I have lost 28.2 lbs since my doctor told me in February that I needed to lose weight even though I have PCOS. Today marks the first day since I have been fully grown that I recall being under 200 lbs. But I don't feel proud, I feel disappointed. I don't really look any better, no one even notices the amount of effort I'm putting in. When normal dieting and exercise wasn't enough to put off the weight I resorted to the extreme. All spring and summer I biked off 700 calories a day and ate only 1200 calories. I hated all of it. And what do I have to show for it.... I'm not even halfway to my goal -_- . And I can only imagine that the weight will be harder to get rid of as I get lighter as I wont be able to eat as much. I'm in university now and I don't have time to exercise like before because Im in the city, I can't run due to an unknown lung condition, and I am in a very intense program. I just want this to be over with.

Keep going. Your doing great!! That summer sounds crazy hard and good on you for sticking with it. Nothing worth having comes easy but you should know it will never 'be over with' it's a life style now, once you reach your goal you still need to maintain it other wise you will have to go through this all again. It will be easier but it won't be over. You have my support and I'm sure many others, just keep going, keep motivated, soon the compliments will be flying in just don't give up!!
P.s try using a picture of your self at the start of your journey and take a picture of your self now, put them together, I'm sure you'll find you look a lot different0
