I can do everything on the list except for the jumping jacks as I recently broke my foot and my doctor has said no extra weight needs to go on my foot in case I break it again as it's healing...... Can I do something else instead please?0

@cozzymc sure dear. The point of mini challenges is keep everyone involved. So you can pick an exercise for yourself that you don't do. And stick with it for those 3 days you might do stretches. Or punches or windmills. Anything that suits you0
