For lunch I'm having a half of Philly cheese steak. Sandwich I picked up from my corner store last week. I don't see an option for me to place this specific food under my lunch calorie intake. The sandwich is about 5-6 inches with Philly steask and onions,tomato slices,lettuce,mayo

Any ideas?

Depending on many things it could be as low as 400 or as high as 1000 or more.

Guess how many oz of cheesesteak, cheese, log a 6 inch hoagie roll, two servings of may, onions, tomato, and some olive oil if the onions are sautéed.

It could be up to 1000 calories depending on the size. I can make a 700 calorie sandwich with some deli turkey, mayo, cheese, and bread.
