I'm in a love/hate relationship with my crock pot. I love how easy it is to make a massive quantity I can store but I hate that half the recipes I try I'm extremely disappointed with. Let me know what recipes you've tried and how they turned out. I can't wait to hear them!!

Two chicken breasts, cubed potatoes (I typically use red), cream of chicken soup, a packet of ranch seasoning mix and about a quarter cup of milk. Hope you enjoy!

there are probably thousands of crockpot recipes out there, without knowing what types of foods you like its hard to share one you may enjoy.
personally my favorite has been my version of chicken adobo (Filipino dish) that i use to love when we were stationed there.. its 154 calories for 4oz and comes out kinda tangy but, good. i top it on rice or quinoa afterwards. makes 6 4oz servings but, my hubby eats 5oz and ineat 4oz first day and i foodsave five 3oz portions for my future use.

3.00 fluid ounce, Apple Cider Vinegar
    2.00 fluid ounce, Soy Sauce
    8.00 oz., Water
    40.00 gram, Purple Onion-Raw
    2.00 clove, Garlic, raw
    1.50 tsp, Pepper Grinder
1.00 tsp, Adobo seasoning rubbed unto fillets
28.00 oz, fresh Chicken Breast Fillets

5-6 hours on low. shred chicken for last hour to soak up most of the liquid.

i used same recipe with a frozen 24oz of beef round eye and lesson adobo seasoning to half and added a tsp of worchesster sauce as a rub for meat..came out great too and really good on keiser roll with or without bbq sauce added. (high one hour, low four hours, shred on last hour to soak up liquid) 6 servings/ 4oz -253 calories.

Pork or chicken and a jar of salsa. Serve over rice with a side salad. Easy least, and the leftovers are great.
