I'm using My Fitness Pal post Weight Loss Surgery. Are their any others who would like to have a discussion thread on this topic? I also belong to the FaceBook groups Gastric Sleeve over Fifty and Rock's Kitchen.

Hi there I had wls in February and have recently started using my fitness pal and am finding it a great tool for helping my weight loss having surgery was the best decision I've ever made after years of yo yo dieting and putting my health at serious risk I finally feel like I am getting my life back0
