Extra Calories

If you get extra calories for doing exercise should you use them that day or can you save them for another day?

    eat at least a portion of them back. The number that MFP gives you already has a deficit built in. Plus, this exact question has been answered at least 15 times today... and thousands more since the start. Check out the search function, it'll help with a lot of the common questions.

    In general it doesn't matter if you eat them today, tomorrow, or store them up for the weekend. As long as your calories average out for the week you should still lose weight.
