Okay, I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, but I am having issues with sagging skin. Particularly my boobs. It's pretty depressing, but after losing 70 lbs since last summer, I've seen my bountiful boobies go from a 40 DD to a sad and saggy 36 C. I don't mind them smaller, in fact I like them smaller, I can wear a whole bunch of cute tops and outfits with them smaller and I'm still aiming to lose more, but it's super depressing that I've worked so hard and they don't look like they did when I was this size before. I've tried creams and lotions up the wazoo to no avail.
Now the dreaded no other way except surgery, which I am willing to do, but it'll take me a couple of years to save up that kind of money. Depressing yes. I guess I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there who's gotten theirs done, or is having similar issues. I know that some ppl will say not to worry about it, but please, I'm 28 years old and single. I'm not willing to let this go. I'm also worried that I'll end up with saggy stomach as well. I'm a size 12 now with the current weight loss and I want to be down many more sizes. I'm not sure what the final outcome is gonna be...ugh...

I am in the same boat as you. I can't be much help to you as I would like to hear from people about this as well.

Do you lift at all? Many times what we mistake as sagging skin is actually fat and sometimes when we concentrate on cardio and don't do enough strength training we lose muscle and are left with the actual fat still there. Try adding in more strength training and it should help to build muscle in all areas including the boobs. If you don't have enough muscle there, they will sag. Just note though it doesn't improve overnight, it will take several months to build any significant muscle.

While it sounds like you have lost/have more pounds to lose, you're still relatively young, and only a year into your weight loss. This may help some - it takes a couple of years for skin to settle.

See what your skin does in the next few years, and what you can do to build muscle. If you like being smaller, when you get to your goal weight, maybe you could just do a lift? Might be cheaper, no idea.

Laser treatments are out there but they don't offer a radical difference & are temporary.

Congratulations, though, on what you've achieved so far!
