I've used Lifetime basic, but I really don't like the taste. The vanilla is OK, but only with a banana in it. The chocolate is horrid and so is the green and I can't seem to find another that has good reviews that doesn't have any of my allergens or intolerances in it. I'd appreciate suggestions.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Any particular reason that you need to drink a protein shake? Are you becoming a body builder?0

I have CanPrev protein + berries. It's made in canada, not sure where its available. I bought it from well.ca
It's not that great tasting on its own, but drinkable if blended with yogurt, a banana, peanut butter, etc.
for the record, im not a bodybuilder either, but need to grow some muscle and get more protein in my diet, since I don't eat a lot of meat or dairy or soy.0 -
I'm not trying to become a body builder, I just don't always eat enough protein. I can't eat late at night because I have GERD and that means that I sometimes need something in a hurry. Shakes work well for that. I'll look into the CanPrev. Thanks for that thought. You sound like me.0
