Re-committing to myself

Fell off the wagon hard these past 2 weeks or well I guess more like the month of October! I feel miserable not only have I gained weight back, but I've been binging on anything and everything I can get ahold off!' Such an annoying and miserable cycle I keep finding myself in!! But tomorrow is a new day and a new month! Time to get serious about my health and goals again..time to remember why I'm doing this in the first place!! So this is my re-commitment to myself!! I can do this!!
