Binge/Stress/Food Addiction - Question, Advice, Tips

Hi there. I have reached a plateau in my fitness journey and I am turning to you guys for help and advice if you are willing to offer some up for me - I would appreciate everything and anything. I am at a weak point where I feel helpless. I will be honest about everything too. About a year ago I committed myself to working out more and eating better. It was a slow but sure start, and now here I am. Over the past few months I have fluctuated from consistently eating 500-700 calories a day (I have a food scale and believe I am logging correctly... I eat like egg whites/tuna, lots of celery, big spinach salads with chicken & PB2 only lol.. just being honest) and then I have days where I eat one sugary or fatty thing and it sets me off since I have been depriving myself so much. This week has been a lot of that. I ate at a steakhouse and had a 6oz steak/veggies and then I got a caramel dessert with it and it set me off. Few days later I ate at perkins and had big omelet and bfast potatoes... and then big stack of pancakes which made me crave ice cream later...so had a big thing of that. Today Halloween I ate out and had big tuna burger/garlic greasy fries and homemade big *kitten* chocolate ice cream. Now I am at work and binge at some weird cranberry bread in the break room for like 10 mins. Now I just ate a bowl of frosted flakes. IT is an endless cycle and I want to break it. I feel terrible, bloated. I have considered taking laxatives to conteract things and clear my GI system. IT is a mess. I want to eat healthy and be happy and continue to lose weight, but I am finding myself losing my control over eating more and more and its sad and scary and frustrating
I eat when I am not even hungry just to get the taste and try new foods.
What is your advice and tips... anything? I am sorry to spill out a sob story, but this is what is personally happening and I would love any help.

Change your goals/settings to lose 1/2 pound a week and eat all the calories that MFP has calculated for you.
If you go over calories some days, it does not matter. Take it easy on yourself because it is not all or nothing and you are not getting graded. Make choices and decisions throughout the day that are good for you both in the moment and in the future.0 -
I'd up your calories to 1200. You'll loss weight more slowly but won't be nearly as hungry. Over time you'll better be able to eat a dessert and not eat a whole bunch of other stuff. That's what I'm doing as I'd also fallen into the low calories, lose weight fast, regain the weight, cycle. I feel like, after 4 months doing this and 13 pounds down, that I'm not binging and I go to maintenance calories if it's a day where I want to eat more.0

A little more food and a little enjoyable exercise may be helpful.
A diet where you get some fiber is often more filling and leaves you satisfied
Veggies are not something I like really, but I appreciate what they do for me. Make me less hungry!
The yoyo is a tough place to be. Feel bad physically and emotionally. Getting a resonance diet in place with a balance of real food would help. A little exercise is good for the mood normally.
It is the tried and true method of success.
Best wishes with it.0 -
You're starving yourself at 500-700 calories. Eat at a more reasonable deficit and you probably won't be tempted to binge. Also, you may want to speak with a professional about your relationship with food.0
