Your opinion heard here....

What would you do?
The situation: I feel good about what I ate today- clean, healthful choices. Total of 1489 cals. No hunger (its an issue for me, but that's another topic). Satisfaction with both taste and choices.
The set-up: I felt good today. I felt strong today (some days I can barely walk, so this is great!) I rowed over 17,000m today.
The issue: My net cals are only 325. I'm really not hungry. I ate a decent amount of good food, but I'm concerned about net being so low.
What would you do?

I would eat more. Undereating won't affect you now, but it will eventually.

Depends on whether or not you got enough protein and whether or not you usually get enough to eat. If you got enough protein and usually eat enough, I'd bank the extra calories, personally, unless you want a treat.

On re-read, you said some days you can barely walk. If you have a medical condition causing fatigue, or something similar, I'd eat something more, like a high fat smoothie or something that isn't hard to get down.

I'd drink a protein shake and go to bed.

I'd think job well done, go to bed and start over tomorrow. You took in good nutrition, your body got first dibs on it for nutrients and you probably won't do the same activity tomorrow.
