What's your idea of a cheat day?

I personally don't have "cheat days", and just enjoy what I want when I want as long as it fits my calorie goal.. but I also am not trying to lose weight, just maintain and tone up. I was just curious as to what you guys do count as cheat days though? I've seen some people go all out with a greasy breakfast and takeaway dinner..whilst other just have a slice of cake for dessert instead of their usual greek yogurt, and call that their cheat.
What is your typical cheat day?

Don't have them. I find it totally counter productive to schedule poor eating habits.0

A typical cheat day for me would probably be going out to a nice restaurant and eating whatever i crave for the day. Keeping it in moderation, as a cheat day should not totally ruin your week.
Maybe once in a couple of months i'll go to one of those All You Can Eat Sushi :$0 -
I wouldn't call it a cheat day, but at least once a weekend I eat one meal where I eat whatever I want, then I use my other meals that day to compensate and hit my macros. My cheat days aren't really cheat days cause I still hit all my macros and eat the same total calories as any other day.0

Mine was last Saturday. Fasted all day and then went to seafood buffet for mate's bday. Had 4 plates of seafood and 4 plates of dessert. I ate everything on the menu except for stupid fillers like bread
Estimated 7000ish cals. I was pretty happy with that effort

Pizza and beer, then a bourbon, maybe a cider, but definitely more beer.0

My idea, I wake up Saturday, go to gym fasted, drink protein shake with water afterwords. Wait a few ours and have a light snack with mainly protein, then wait as long as I can until I eat out for my dinner. The idea is to save my calories for my dinner while not having to consume a crazy amount of protein in the dinner meal, leaving lots of carbs and fats0

This is summer, as in the time my appetite has very little to do with what I actually need. Cheating is a way of hitting at least some of my minimums on days I don't feel like eating by means of tasty rubbish. My current tastes run toward alcohol and chicken nuggets, corndogs, etc. If it's on someone's kids menu, I probably would go for it.0

For me, it's typically giving myself a day where I don't watch macros so I can go out. I still stay under my calorie goals, but my carb and fat goals tend to get blown out of the water. I usually only do this once or twice a month, and it always coincides with going out to dinner with friends or drinking at a party. Being social a couple times a month is needful, and I always get back to normal the next day.0
