Exercise Games - PS3?

HEY there!
I was wondering if anyone here uses fitness games on the PS3?
I've been hunting for the Playstation Move and I noticed some fitness games for it - I was wondering how good are they? I'm tempted by Mel B's Fitness exercise and a couple of others I have seen like Zumba.
Would you guys recommend? Do you know what I need? Would the camera + controller be enough?Do I need the navigator? Are they good? Any recommendations?
