Preparing to start keto paleo tomorrow.....trying to be enthusiastic, but TBH i am a bit wary due to the failures I have had with different "diets" before. I generally eat pretty cleanly but autoimmune disease has stalled weight loss - I lose about 5-10 pounds in the summer, and then when I go back to work at university I gain 10 pounds back. I think cutting the carbs hard might be the way to go. Wish me luck.
