Looking for body positive anti-dieting friends!

I would love to have some motivational friends! I do not believe in crash diets, fad diets, anything like that! I eat lots of whole foods and nutrient-rich foods. I believe in fueling my body with good foods and refuse to deprive it! I would love some friends who aim for this too. I am body positive so I don't encourage body bashing or the societal message that being a certain weight or size will make you a better person.
I encourage following your body's signals and appreciating the little things until you are able to appreciate your body as a whole!
I am 20 years old, feel free to add me if you want some positive motivation!

    I love your outlook on life. Diet is what we eat and should be a constant journey of making the right decisions; not about deprivation.

    Great attitude! I totally agree. I've been incorporating mindful/intuitive exercise and eating into my life and I feel much happier and healthier. :)
