November Weight Training Challenge

Hi all,

I was wondering if there are any weight/resistance challenges someone could suggest? I just finished an October biking challenge which was very helpful for accountability.

However, I've been struggling with incorporating weight training into my program consistently and I know how important this component is to the process.

I'm shooting for 3 weight/resistance training sessions per week in November (classes, tapes, etc.)

I've searched the community but couldn't find anything but just in case I missed something I thought I'd write a quick post.
