Nice to be here and read all inspirational stories.

I have always been active in sports (karate, triathlons, etc.) and did strength training "on top".

The next period I want to focus primarily on building some muscle combined with cardio (burn some fat). So in the end I want a little more athletic look and also become faster in sports (rugby).

My goals:
- Building 4 kg muscle
- 18% body fat to 13%
- Improve condition (to set myself a goal: 2km rowing machine in 7:30)

I'm 45 years old Dutch vegetarian male, 1.83m and about 80kg

Ultimately goal is to feel good and fit, but I always need to set myself specific goals.

Would love to find some enthusiastic people who are on a similar journey to support each other and share information.
