Looking for new friends that have 50 plus pounds to lose

Looking to lose 80 pounds. Currently, weight 219. Most of my life I hovered around 150 - 170 so I don't really know how this happened. Went to the RD and she recommended that I try to get 150- 180 carb g's a day. Kind of shocking since I had been doing low carb. I guess 130 is the minimum that your brain needs to function properly.Need to start exercising but always so tired after work. I have been getting up a half-hour earlier every day for the last week or two but no exercise yet. Just picking up around the house well today I did walk the dog around the yard for 15 minutes. Hello to everyone.0

I need to lose about 60 pounds. I lost 30 using myfitnesspal about 3 years ago, and then I quit logging and gained it all back plus some. I need to just accept that I need to always be mindful of my calories and exercise. Not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I've been back at it again for a week. Doing good so far. Would really appreciate some supportive friends. Thanks!0

I'm 7 months into the process (started at the end of June, 2015), so this is words of encouragement - pick a good combination of exercise and diet and you can make it happen. I lost 60 pounds between July 1 and November 20, and have been maintaining my weight of 190 since (I was actually targeting 200, but the program worked so well that I kept losing - another 15 and I'll be down to a normal BMI for the first time since high school more than 30 years ago). Good luck!

Hello my name is Jenna and I recently gained back 50 pounds which took me to 230. I am always looking for encouraging friends and support systems and I love to be your friend. I also have started a group on Facebook for women to come together that are trying to make positive changes for their life. It's in its second year and you're more than welcome to join us. It's called(A NEW YEAR, A New you). You'll have to do request to be approved as for this group is close to women only. Looking forward to seeing you here and there keep up the good work.0

Im down 32!!! With about another 50-55 to go. I'm not sure what my end weight or a healthy goal weight for me is, so I aimed at the high BMI range for me, but those ranges are crazy! For being 6' it says I should be 137 - 183. What? No 6' tall person should be 137 unless you are a gangly growth spurting teenager! Any who, still need to lose about 50 lbs to reach the high range of "normal."
Please feel free to add me! I would love some support and motivation myself!0
