Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone: My name is Dawn, and I am new (kinda.. I signed up months ago but never really used myfitnesspal). I am not sure how everything works here but I am hoping to learn a lot about nutrition, etc. I lost some weight 2 years ago, but I have put half of it back on. I thought I was in a good place with my mindset, discipline, exercise, and diet but was I ever so wrong! I really need help and advice on how to get back into losing weight, and having a positive mind! Any advice would be deeply appreciated :)

    Hi! I've been logging in for a couple months now.
    It's done a great job keeping me accountable.
    Although, I honestly have not always made good food choices. It's a slow process for me but I'm not giving up!
    That's the best advice I heard, "It's a slow process but slow is still PROGRESS!"
