I've been reversing. This past week I ate 1700ish, and planned on eating whatever I wanted this weekend for my birthday. Treats probably put me a bit above maintenance for this week.
Because I ate so much this weekend I'm slightly nervous to just jump into a surplus tomorrow. I guess I just need to go for it though, no need to take a day for a breath and eat at maintenance for a day or two first?
If you can't tell, I'm slightly nervous about this. Excited though.

The mental game is already starting to mess with you. I agree to start jumping in with your plan. And keep in mind you'll see the initial bump on the scale from this weekend. Plow ahead and remember that it's just water weight.0

You are gonna do great! You will probably experience some initial bloating for a week or two, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but then your body will adjust to the extra eats. As stated above, an initial bump of 2-3 pounds on the scale is normal so don't worry about it.0

Whats for dinner
My slutty brownies were my gift to myself along with a bulk for my 30th birthday. A layer of chocolate chip cookie, layer of oreo, layer of brownie with reeses pieces and chocolate frosting ha.
Dinner was egg whites, chorizo sausage, peppers, zucchini, squash, chipotle sauce, black beans, avocado and cheese.0 -
