This has been a long journey of a lot of ups and downs. I originally had 162 pounds to lose. I have lost 50 pounds so far. I have 112 pounds to go. I know I will do this. 112 pounds seems like a lot but so did 162 pounds. I have already lost 50 so I am well on my way. I need all the support I can get. I also love to encourage and support others. Feel free to add me or I can add you. I welcome everyone. Good luck everyone. I will post pics soon.
