I like to set small goals for myself and not all of them have to do with the scale. For instance I just increased my step goal for each day and when I meet that more days than not I increase it again. This is my indicator that I am getting fitter.
I also have a goal of getting to the gym 4 days a week, to work on muscle tone.
I also want to lose weight but the nonscale goals are just as important to me in the long run in terms of health and fitness.
Just take it one day at a time and try minigoals. I also track EVERYTHING. When I stop tracking I stop being accountable and that has always been when I have stopped loosing and gaining.0
