Returning to the weight loss fun

okay, so i am a qualified personal trainer, i know my stuff, but i would really like some friends to share journeys with each other.
I would prefer only a handful, preferably into weight lifting
my plan is to do 5 shorter workouts a week, 5 mins cardio warm up 20 mins lifting 15 mins cardio.
also going to cut down my food and try to follow a reasonable diet plan
currently i am 110kg, im tall and have built some good muscle over the last 5 years but i have piled on some fat ever since i quit smoking 18 months ago. i think in my head i used the quitting smoking as an excuse to indulge in foods and now have a very sweet tooth.
anyway hope a few people are interested in becoming myfitnesspals
