Hi Guys well here i am AGAIN trying to whoop my *kitten* in to shape.. would appreciate some inspiration from you guys really need help tying to figure out what i can eat whilst am at work which is the worst time for me as i work sat at a desk....

I'm at it for a second time as well! Did really well while single, then fell in love...and into 12lbs of "relationship weight"!! Currently unable to shell out the money for the gym membership that I want, but until then I am setting short term goals for water intake and nutrition!!! We got this!!!0
