Day 1 - Low carbs and exersize (need friends)

Hey guys.
So today is day 1 on the app for me.
Having gained some weight recently I have decided to cut the amount of carbs I'm eating along side more regular exersize.
Just a bit of background info, I'm serving in the police, so fitness is pretty important! I want to lose weight and increase my general strength levels.
I'm just after a few motivational friends in the same boat who can add me and hopefully help one another out on our mission to get in shape!

Have you joined the low carb group here? If eating a low carb diet is a goal for you, perhaps join that group. They have LOTS of good info. And there's a current thread on low carb/high intensity exercise, as well as some links to that topic. Good luck!0
