    Your weight loss has been at a very reasonable pace. Aggressive, even, given how little you have to lose. You need to adjust your expectations. (although it would never hurt to doublecheck your logging accuracy).

    Yes I think I have to recheck. Let me do it more religiously for a week.

    How many calories are you logging for say, 30 Day Shred?

    200 for all Jillian Michael workouts. I also track my steps when I go out for a walk/shopping spree.
