I got my wisdom teeth out on Thursday and am trying to stay on a liquid/soft foods/nothing with chunks diet until this Thursday, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of foods to eat? Lately I've been having greek yogurt, bolthouse farms smoothies (a little high on the sugar though), and jello pudding cups. I've heard also that mashed avocado and refried beans with cottage cheese is healthy, as well as scrambled eggs with ricotta. Does anyone have anything else to add?

I remember making chicken and rice for myself and putting it in the blender with some broth.
You can put anything in a blender, including a piece of pizza with some water or a little extra tomato sauce.

I lost 5 pounds when I had mine out because I was scared to eat anything at all. It hurt so bad just to open my mouth even a little to take a drink and I was paranoid of getting stuff in my stitches. I think the first thing I ate was 4 days later and it was noodles in broth.

Thankfully my pain has been virtually zero, I'm just scared of something getting stuck in there and getting an infection.
