Hi everybody. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life and I need to lose 60 pounds. I have been on MFP for 16 days now (mainly getting back into the routine of logging all my food) and today I did my first work out. It was only 15 minutes of jogging but it is a start. I am looking for some more friends to help support and motivate me.

Feel free to add me. I have a little over 60 lbs to go but I just recently dropped 34. I started off just being able to do a little walking so anything is great when you're starting. We all have to start somewhere and with some kind of change for the better. Congrats on your decision for a healthier you and welcome
