Need help creating an exercise routine

Hey!

I was wondering if there is anyone that can give me some tips on exercises for men and women. My girlfriend and I are looking to work out together, and I would like to incorporate some light-weight exercise for my lady. She hasn't done any type of lifting before, but I'm comfortable with teaching her the proper techniques so she can.

So does anyone have any sample work outs we can go off of? We'll be sharing the workout, but I'll modify it so it'll be challenging for my goals.

(her goals are to lose weight and get toned)

    Startbodyweight.com has body weight progressions from light to intense along with suggested workout routines

    I say check out bodybuilding.com you'll find plenty workout routines for men and women, beginners or advance. My husband and I that's where we go. Plus you get nice videos on how to do the workout.
