Water Intake

Do you count tea/coffee as water intake? Or is it just plain old water that counts? I drink water during the day, of course, but mainly I drink green tea or dandelion root tea. Can I count this as water? Also, carbonated water (no sugar)?

As far as I know, most teas are diuretics. Which is why I'm asking! I'd be taking it in, but then also getting rid of it. Sooo not sure how to classify that!0 -
Tea and coffee are made with water, so yes.0

I drink coffee in the morning, but I add stuff to it. So to me it does not count. I only count water as water. Carbonated, flat, does not matter I don't think.0

I don't count them as water, but do include them in my diary as calories consumed.0

If coffee and tea don't count then I guess I never drink anything!
And yet I appear to be doing so well . . .
(Seriously -- Coffee and tea are made with water. They count.)0 -
This makes my water count so much higher. Thanks!0
