My name is Mike and I previously lost 60lbs using MyFitnessPal last year. Unfortunately I had open heart surgery and being immobile for half a year and going through a divorce I put it all back on. In the last month my father found out he was diabetic and it runs in our family so I went on a diabetic diet with my parents. I'm down 30lbs so far so I am back on MyFitnessPal to get focused and motivated again. Feel free to add me if you would like.
