Vivosmart or FitBit

Does anyone use vivosmart? If so, do you have a sync problem?

Mine does not sync with MFP, I wonder if I will have to return it and change it to Fitbit.....

Any input will be greatly appreciated :)

    I had issues with MFP not syncing with Garmin, not the other way around. This just started Sunday morning , and funny that the time changed and this occurred. It slowly catches up. I have posted a comment in the support section of MFP as well as others.

    As far as fitbit, I had a fitbit charge and the bands tear up on these really easily.

    I have found that Garmin and MFP work together only, and only if there are NO other app links in place. I had to check on both the desktop programs and the smart phone programs. Believe it or not, they were different. Once both programs only reflected each other, it worked. -and it was just since Friday that I did this.

    I also found that if you put privacy on any aspect of your Garmin, your data does not accrue to challenges. :(

    I have a Vivofit and used to have a Fitbit. I really have not noticed any real difference in the syncing with MFP. I also have had a couple of issues with Garmin in the last 2 days but it has been syncing fine since this morning.

    I really like both. I changed because the newer models of the Fitbit Flex are no longer water resistant and I do a fair amount of workouts in the pool. I also like that the Vivofit has a clock function which the Flex did not.

    I have my vivosmart and I have not had a syncing issue. I had a duplicating issue a month ago but it resolved itself

    i have garmin forerunner and fitbit HR i used to sync both of them without any problems however the calorie burn when you workout will double up.

    I have the Vivosmart and no issues. I also have the Forerunner but an older model so I can only sync that one via my desktop. I've found their customer phone support and email responses to be pretty quick and helpful.

    I have a non HR fitbit charge, really like it. Even though it is a non HR it's TDEE readings seem to be pretty close.
