Aloha from O'ahu, the gathering place. Seems like I am always starting over. Just looking for the motivation that I misplaced!

    Back to where I started 2 years ago ... Older , no wiser with a wardrobe of clothes I cannot wear again. Really need some motivation and support to get me focused again

    I totally get that! I am so mad at myself. I started a 30 day challenge and so far so good.

    The good news is, we did it before and we can do it again.
    Starting back, heavier but happier and more focused

    Same for me! Lost 25lbs about 4 years ago, gained it all back...been back on MFP for a week and I'm down 5 already! We can all do this! :)
