Hi guys!

I just wanted to know when is the best time in the day to eat carbs (if there is one)?

    Before and after your workout would be ideal to replace muscle glycogen lost during workout. However, there is research that suggests nutrient timing has no effect on body composition

    For the most part, any variation in body composition as a result of meal timing is going to be miniscule. Unless you are a high-caliber athelete, the difference is not going to make an appreciable difference. Eat whenever makes the most sense for you.

    There isn't.
    I agree with the previous poster re: research that timing of carb eating has no effect.
