Between my sons 1st birthday and fathers day, it was not my finest moment. But today is a new day and im not going to look back, im just so mad at myself!!

I am in the same boat!! I actually thought I did pretty well with my choices this weekend but the scale said otherwise this morning, ooops! But like you said, today is a new day!! We can get back on track!:bigsmile:0
